  • ¼ cup (60ml) sour cream, at room temperature
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup (130g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (150g) chopped fresh strawberries

For the Frosting:

  • 1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups (480g) powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Additional chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.

2. Prepare the Batter:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, milk, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
